하나님의 속성 (Attributes of God)

1. God's Nature

These attributes describe who God is in His essence, being, and relationship to the world:

• Sovereignty: God is the supreme ruler and has ultimate control over everything.
• Eternity: God exists outside of time, without beginning or end.
• Immutability: God does not change in His nature, character, or purpose.
• Transcendence: God is beyond and independent from His creation.

2. God's Knowledge and Power

These attributes reflect God's control over the universe and His complete knowledge:

• Omnipotence: God is all-powerful and can do all things consistent with His nature.
• Omniscience: God knows everything, including all that has happened, is happening, and will happen.
• Omnipresence: God is present everywhere, at all times, and is not limited by space.

3. God's Moral Character

These attributes define God’s holiness, justice, and goodness:

• Holiness: God is morally pure, separate from sin, and completely perfect in His nature.
• Justice: God is perfectly just, always acting according to what is right and fair.
• Love: God is the very essence of love, expressing care, sacrifice, and a desire for the good of others.

4. God's Relational Attributes

These attributes focus on how God relates to His creation and His people:

• Mercy: God shows compassion and kindness to the undeserving.
• Grace: God offers unearned favor and salvation to sinners.
• Faithfulness: God is reliable, keeping His promises and covenants with His people.

5. God's Immanence

This attribute focuses on God's closeness and involvement in the world:

• Immanence: God is actively present and involved within His creation, sustaining and guiding it.

이 속성들은 하나님이 본질상 누구인지와 하나님이 세상과 맺는 관계를 설명함 

• 주권 (Sovereignty): 하나님은 만물의 최고 통치자이시며 모든 것을 통제함 
• 영원성 (Eternity): 하나님은 시간에 구애받지 않으시며, 시작도 끝도 없음
• 불변성 (Immutability): 하나님은 본성, 성품, 목적에 있어 변하지 않음 
• 초월성 (Transcendence): 하나님은 창조된 세계를 초월하여 독립적인 존재임 

2. 하나님의 지식과 능력

이 속성들은 하나님의 우주에 대한 통제와 완전한 지식을 반영함 

• 전능 (Omnipotence): 하나님은 모든 능력을 가지시며, 자신의 본성과 일치하는 모든 것을 하실 수 있음
• 전지 (Omniscience): 하나님은 모든 것을 아시며, 과거, 현재, 미래를 모두 앎 
• 편재 (Omnipresence): 하나님은 언제 어디서나 존재하시며, 공간에 구애받지 않음

3. 하나님의 도덕적 성품

이 속성들은 하나님의 거룩함, 정의, 선하심을 정의함

• 거룩함 (Holiness): 하나님은 도덕적으로 순수하시며, 죄와 완전히 분리되시고 완벽함
• 정의 (Justice): 하나님은 완벽하게 정의로우시며 항상 옳고 공정하게 행동함
• 사랑 (Love): 하나님은 사랑 그 자체이시며, 희생과 돌봄을 통해 다른 이들의 선을 원함

4. 하나님의 관계적 속성

이 속성들은 하나님이 세상과 그분의 백성과 어떻게 관계를 맺는지에 집중함

• 자비 (Mercy): 하나님은 자비로우시며, 자격 없는 자들에게 연민과 친절을 보임
• 은혜 (Grace): 하나님은 죄인들에게 공로 없이 구원과 호의를 베품
• 신실함 (Faithfulness): 하나님은 신뢰할 수 있으시며, 자신의 약속과 언약을 지킴

5. 하나님의 내재성

이 속성은 하나님이 세상에 가까이 계시고 그 세상 속에서 활동하신다는 것을 강조함

• 내재성 (Immanence): 하나님은 창조세계 안에서 능동적으로 존재하시며, 이를 지속하고 인도함
